Making an appointment

1. Fit

In the fit phase, we look at what suits you. In this assesment phase, we gather all the information needed to paint a good picture of the complaints. A clear initial situation is sketched by means of various tests appropriate to the rehabilitation and the symptoms. These tests also allow us to give you a clear picture of your progress and make adjustments when necessary.

2. Forward

The forward is dominated by actual treatment/rehabilitation. This phase focuses on mobility, pain reduction and an initial build-up in strength and coordination. How long this phase lasts depends on the personal situation. The goal of forward is to be able to perform daily activities independently again. At the end of this phase, we again evaluate the specific wishes for further rehabilitation.

3. Final

We will prepare you for the period after rehabilitation. This phase is all about monitoring and testing. Based on the main goal, we work towards the finish line. By means of a combination of different tests appropriate to your operation and goal, we look at where we can make the final gains so that you can go on without worries and in top shape!
