By supporting the head and upper body, momentum is minimised and the focus is entirely on controlled muscle activation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"770\">This variation reduces compensation from the lower back and provides better isolation of the posterior shoulder head and upper back muscles.
