The movement takes place in the sagittal plane and targets mainly the anterior fibres of the deltoid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"710\">Due to its controlled execution and relatively low load, the exercise is suitable for targeted muscle activation and strength building.
