The dynaband is placed behind the knee and pulls the lower leg slightly forward, requiring the quadriceps to actively tighten to fully extend the knee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"846\">This exercise specifically targets the last degrees of knee extension, an important part of walking, stair climbing and sports movements.
