From this position, you bring the pelvis up and down in a controlled dynamic movement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"730\">The long lever (extended upper leg) creates a high load on the adductors of the lower leg and a strong stability requirement for the trunk and pelvis.
