The unstable content of the aquabag causes continuous shifting of the water, so the body has to constantly correct to maintain balance and posture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"766\">Unlike a traditional farmer walk, the aquabag provides unpredictable loading, which places additional demands on trunk stability, shoulder control and coordination.
