The movement proceeds in multiple planes simultaneously (transverse, frontal and sagittal), creating a three-dimensional movement pattern.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"804\">The exercise requires controlled cooperation between the trunk, hips and shoulder girdle.
