The movement progresses from high to low (or low to high) and combines trunk flexion, rotation and hip activation in one fluid pattern.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"730\">The exercise mimics functional rotational movements such as hitting, throwing or lifting in a diagonal line.
