The movement comes mainly from the ankle and calf muscles, emphasising fast, elastic push-off and short ground contact time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"731\">Because of the diagonal displacement, not only the sagittal plane is loaded, but also the frontal and transverse plane.
