Our home rehabilitation always focuses on the ultimate goal: getting you mobile again quickly and safely so you can continue rehabilitation in our practice. After surgery such as a new knee, new hip or anterior cruciate ligament repair, it is important to find the right balance between rest and activity. Being active again too soon can lead to complications while too much rest can slow down your recovery. The physiotherapists at Fysio Fitaal will guide you through this process and make sure you take the right steps towards full recovery.<\/p>\n
In the first phase of your rehabilitation, we will work on improving your mobility and strength. Once you have recovered sufficiently, you can transfer to our practice in Tilburg where we further intensify treatment to allow you to make a full recovery.<\/p>\n
